5月14日，世外小学全体教师进行了“党员十分钟”和“道德讲堂”专题学习。On May 14th, WFLPS teachers had “10-minute Party Member Time”and a“Morality lecture”theme.
党员十分钟10-minute Party Member Time
本次“党员十分钟”结合党史专题学习，从三个板块进行学习，分别是“百年恰是风华正茂”、“百年征程波澜壮阔”和“寻访初心传承使命”。This time,we learned about the history of Chinese Communist Party. There were three parts. They were the “100-year-history”, the ”100-year-journey”and the “Search for the origins and to pass on the mission”
在学习过程中，在座的教师们了解了中国共产党党史，从“新民主主义革命时期”、“社会主义革命和健身时期”、“改革开放时期”、一直到“党的十八大以来”。我们党所走过的百年历程。
During the procedures, the teachers learned more about the history of Chinese Communist Party. many areas were covered including“The revolution period”, the "Construction Period”, the“Reform Period”and“The 18th conference of Chinese Communist Party". We looked through the 100-year-old journey.
大家也通过一些优秀的影视剧了解中国共产党的百年波澜和辉煌，并通过红色游学路线，寻找到了我们身边的红色经典建筑和历史文化。
People learned more about about the 100-year-history of the Chinese Communist Party through watching videos. They found out about how it was constructed and built into the culture.
道德讲堂Morality Lecture
以“校园安全的践行者”为主题的“道德讲堂”。通过“学模范”、“诵经典”、“唱首歌”等环节进行了学习。The morality theme was about “Campus Safety”. We learned about it through “Learning from a model”, “Reciting the poems”and “Singing songs”.
校园安全的践行者，要做到自身安全的示范者、学生安全的守护者、同事安全的维护者、做校外安全的捍卫者。
We are the ones who ensure the safety of the campus. We should set up the good model, be the guide to the students and the conductor to keep the campus safe.
作为我们身边的安全守卫者，学校总务副主任陈洪老师结合校园内外情况进行了进一步的讲解，并通过“急救”的体验式互动，让在座的教师们直观感受急救知识。
As the guide of the safety in our campus, Teacher Chen Hong gave a lecture for all teachers. The topic was about “First Aid”. People had hands-on activities and learned about the application it.
学习完之后，老师们也纷纷写下自己的感悟和体会。“天行健，君子当自强不息地势坤，君子于厚德载物。”作为教师我们不仅是自己学科的教员，而且是学生的教育者，生活的导师和道德的引路人，世外的每一位老师都会从师德出发，不忘初心，坚守职责。
After that, the teachers reflected on their learning. Self-reflectionensures that we learn and improve. As teachers, we are not only subject teachers but also the educators and mentors of the students' lives and morality. Every WPLPS teacher will definitely remember their responsibility towards our students and their teaching.
