暑期教师培训② | 生·长——世外小学英语大组暑期培训

在学校暑期培训的头两天,我们聆听了很多其他学科组的项目介绍,由此引发了我们英语大组对于项目式学习和学习策略的很多思考:跨学科我们做什么?不跨学科我们做什么?主动式学习的学习活动观会对于我们英语教师的课堂教学所产生的不可逆转的影响,新的课堂模式是怎样的?教师在分层式学习中该如何根据不同的学生需求提供不同的支架和工具?以及深度的学习这种未来发展趋势都成为教师们热烈讨论的内容。

On the first and the second day of School Summer training, we listened to a lot of other subject group project introductions  about PBL strategies which inspired the teachers, . What do we do in the disciplinary theme? What else do we do? Active learning influences the English teachers’ daily class a lot. How is the new classroom method? How do the teachers support the framework and tools differently according to different students situations? Deep learning is the focus point of the teachers’ discussion.

 


此外,英语大组回顾了学习目标和评价体系,并继续对于学习目标和评价体系进行深入研究和修订,规范期中期末命题的各个方面,理清各种句式在年段目标体系中的定位。老师们就“改句“这一题型的各种内容进行了激烈的讨论,将不同年段的问题进行了梳理和统筹。

Besides that, the English Group reviewed the learning aims and the assessment system. We also did the research and modification on the further phase.  They standardised the mid-term and final-term assessment papers. They listed all the patterns in each year level. The teachers had a discussion about how to “Rewrite the sentences”. They listed all of the questions from each year level.

随后,英语大组分为各个备课组,对于年段要求以及各年段牵涉的知识点的合理性进行梳理和调整,关于“年段递进的核心词和句,将否定句相关内容进行修订;年段递进的阅读序列以及习惯培养细则的显性化体现。

Then, each year level English group adjusted and noted all the knowledge points and the year level expectations. they identified Key words and key sentences and modified Negative sentences. They realised the importance of using graded readers in order to develop good reading habits”.

各老备课组修订世外学习规范细则以及第二学期学习要求。所有年级进行细化 Mid&Final1,明确学习要求表述并做好循序渐进规划。34年级完成Reading thoughts讨论稿,此外两部门做好双语跨年级人员备课组分组。此外,备课组长做好新老备课组资料交接,老师们进入自己下学期的新备课组,并开始备课组备课分工,老师们也进行新老班级学生信息交接。

Each former year level group modified the WFLPS learning regulations and the learning requirements for semester two. Each year level specifically modified the Mid & Final Assessmment for Semester one. They finalized the learning requirements and developed a semester plan. Year three and four finalized their Reading requirements. The two Sections finalized the group of the teachers who covered two grades. The key teacher of each year level did a hand-over to the new year level teachers. The teachers joined in the new year level group for the new semester. The teachers exchanged the information about the students.

Lastly the English group finalized the Summer Vacation assignment for the students.
