6月28日下午，世外小学全体语文老师齐聚一堂，在学校培训之前就正式拉开了语文大组培训的帷幕。On the afternoon of June 28th, the WFLPS Mandarin teachers gathered together to have Mandarin Language Teaching training.
学期初，四年级备课组的全体语文老师，参加了“徐汇区小学语文优秀作业、试卷案例征集评选”活动。因此，四年级老师们就这次参赛经验，在“作业目标和教学目标的区别”、“单元作业设计的递进性和承接性”、“作业设计的注意点”等方面，和老师们分享了自己的心得。紧接着，各备课组选取一个单元的教学内容，共同制定了单元作业目标。At the beginning of the semester,the Yr4 Mandarin teachers' group participated in a program called “Excellence in Mandarin homework and assessment-examples from primary schools in Xuhui District. As a result,the group shared their thoughts about the objectives of homework and the aims of teaching and their differences. They worked on establishng improving continuous assessments, and devised tips to consider when designing homework. After that, each year level group chose some content of a unit, devised objectives of the unit and created homework tasks.
7月3日，我们请来了徐汇区语文教研员高永娟老师，为大家召开了一场名为“聚焦作业设计及命题研究 提升学科专业能力”的讲座，这是一次更高层次更为专业的指导。高老师讲到了作业设计的必要性——作业是课堂教学的延续，是课程实施的重要环节之一，对学生获得学科的思维习惯，掌握科学的学习方法，产生对学科的情感等方面有着直接的影响。接着，高老师详细讲解了教学目标、作业目标、评价目标的差异和表述等问题，还对命题研制的路径、命题设计的科学性等方面进行了极为专业的指导，最后就前期老师们设计的单元目标作业进行了点评，为老师们指点了迷津。On July 3rd, Ms. Gao Yongjuan, the Mandarin superintendent of the Xuhui District gave a lecture about focusing on why homework must be meaningful, designed well and presented professionally. This guidance was timely and professional. Ms Gao talked about the importance of homework and how it should be an extension of classroom teaching. It is one of the most important parts of implementing the curriculum. It developsstudy skills, discipline andnurtures thinking habits. It enables students to practise and master scientific learning methods,and develop a love of the subject. Ms Gao also talked about the objectives of teaching, the aims of homework, and the different purpose of assessment and expression in detail. She gave professional guidance of the pathway for research, and the use of the scientific method. She assessed the teachers units and homework tasks and gave feedback which was enthusiastically received.
整整三个小时的专业讲座，老师们听得津津有味，会后还意犹未尽，大家都非常珍惜这样的学习机会。下午的时间，大家分备课组讨论，趁热打铁地修改了单元目标作业，围绕案例编制的整体要求，进行团队研究，确定单元作业与单元试卷的命题方向。在暑假期间，老师们将完成这样一份作业，以便在新学期能够给学生们带来更适切的作业方向，希望能够更有效地培养学生的思维方式，让学生获得有价值的学习体验。The professional lecture lasted for three hours and the teachers listened carefully. After the lecture, people were reluctant to go as they treasured the learning opportunity. In the afternoon,each year level dicscussed how to modify the objectives of homework. The teachers did some group research on editing the examples to finalize the homework tasks and objectives. During the summer vacation, the teachers will continue to assess the types of homeworkthat will be most beneficial to the students and their learning. The aim is to develop the students' thinking skills and provide valuable, authentic learning experiences for them .
研无止境的教学团队，在这样的培训中又有了一个更高的生长点！ The research is endless for the teaching group. The teachers are constantly revising and refining their tasks and are learning so much themselves!!
