今年4月23日是第26个“世界读书日”，世外小学融合部一年一度的阅读节也早早拉开了帷幕。春天应该百花齐放，也该有书声琅琅。April 23rd is the 26th “World Book Day”. The annual Literacy Festival has also started. Spring should be full of flowers, and it’s also the time for reading.
Reading Bingo作为每年阅读节参与度最高的活动之一，每周一个有趣的阅读方式或主题，带领孩子们静下心、捧起喜爱的书籍，徜徉在知识的海洋。本届阅读节的Reading Bingo活动已经开展了三周，分别是：
Reading Bingo , as one of the popular activities of Literacy Festival, we have different themes each week. It encourages the children to seek for inner peace, read their favorite books, and learn from them, either from enjoyment or knowledge. This year’s Literacy Festival has been going for three weeks. The activities are:

Haiku, the short form of “5-7-5” poem inspired the students to create poems, such as admiring heroes, admiring the beautiful scene, and describing animals.
除了线下阅读，融合部的老师们也鼓励学生参与线上阅读，每周都会通过电视台的直播给积极阅读的学生给予肯定。
Besides that, PYP teachers encourage the students to join in on-line reading. Every week, the teachers give certificates to the students who actively read through TV Live Broadcasting.
上周，双语诗歌朗诵大低中高年级的决赛刚刚结束，下周将迎来激动人心的总决赛，无论结果如何，阅读的过程已足够美好。Last week, we started the bilingual poems competition, next week, there will be an exciting final competition. No matter what the result is, the reading processing is already fruitful enough.
即将到来的四月天，还有一场拼字大赛在等待大家哦，今年的冠军花落谁家呢？让我们一起拭目以待吧！April is drawing near. The Spelling Bee is around the corner. Who will be the winner this year? Let’s wait and see!
