Kayaking Activity during the "Well-being Festival" for Fourth Graders of the WFL International Division
晴光潋滟，清风拂面，世外小学国际部四年级学生们迎来了一场校外体育的皮划艇实践，为“活力节”绘下色彩斑斓的一笔。这场与自然相拥、与团队同行的活动，成为孩子们探索成长的生动课堂。
Under the shimmering sunlight and gentle breeze, the fourth graders of the WFL International Division embarked on an outdoor kayaking practice, painting a colorful stroke for the "Vitality Festival". This activity, embracing nature and going hand in hand with team work, has become a vital way for the children to explore and grow.
营地教练带领学生们以热身游戏化作破冰之船。学生们在欢笑声中自由组队，将奇思妙想泼洒在画布上。缤纷的队旗迎风舒展，既是团队智慧的结晶，更是协作精神的初绽。
The coaches at the camp led the students in warm-up games as an icebreaker at the beginning of the day. The students freely formed teams amidst laughter and splashed their whimsical ideas onto the canvas. The colorful team flags fluttered in the wind, being not only the crystallization of the team's wisdom but also the initial blooming of the spirit of collaboration.
入水前，教练将专业知识化作趣味讲解，孩子们凝神聆听，求知的目光里跃动着期待。 当皮划艇驶入波光粼粼的湖面，一场勇气与默契的考验正式开启。
Before getting into the water, the coaches transformed professional knowledge into interesting explanations. The children listened intently, with anticipation. When the kayaks glided onto the sparkling lake, a test of courage and tacit understanding officially began. （教练讲解）
三人一艇，船桨划破水面，激起晶莹水花。有人奋力划桨掌控方向，有人默契配合调整节奏，此起彼伏的加油声中，少年们用协作的力量征服碧波，让青春在浪花里绽放。
Three people in one kayak, the oars sliced through the water, creating glistening splashes. Some rowed vigorously to control the direction, while others cooperated tacitly to adjust the rhythm. Amidst the cheering sounds one after another, the teenagers conquered the blue waves with the power of teamwork, allowing their youth an energy to bloom.
午后的营地化作飞盘战场，躲避飞盘游戏点燃热血。同学们在草地上闪转腾挪，精准投掷与巧妙躲避交织成欢快的节奏。每一次成功拦截的击掌声，每一回默契配合的欢呼声，都在诠释团队竞技的魅力。
In the afternoon, the camp turned into a frisbee battlefield, and the frisbee dodge game ignited the student's passion. The students deftly moved around on the grass, using precise throws and skillful dodges. Every clap of successful interception and every cheer of tacit cooperation interpreted the charm of team competition.
这场实践，不仅是体能的锤炼，更是一场团队的协作。相信这段充满活力与挑战的经历，将成为孩子们成长道路上一段难忘的回忆，也将激励他们在未来的学习和生活中，以更加积极的态度、更加团结的精神，迎接每一次挑战，绽放属于自己的光彩。
This practice is not only physical exercise but also enhanced team collaboration. This experience was full of vitality and the challenges they faced will become an unforgettable memory on the children's growth path.
