活力双buff叠满世外萌娃“活力节”打卡“活力街”,勇敢又可爱
4月16日,世外小学国际部一年级的萌娃们结合“活力节”主题活动,走进大型室内运动空间 “活力街”,开启了一场集趣味运动、勇气挑战与快乐成长于一体的实践活动。孩子们在多元运动项目中摸爬滚打、尽情释放活力,用一张张笑脸定格了成长的精彩瞬间。

活动现场,每个区域都充满了孩子们的欢声笑语。蹦床区里,萌娃们脚踩软垫,随着弹力轻盈跳跃,脸上满是雀跃的笑容。有的孩子张开双臂,像小鸟一样舒展身体;有的和同伴默契配合,在蹦床上追逐嬉戏,每一次弹跳都充满了自信与活力。
















在高空挑战区,一场关于勇气的考验正在上演。孩子们穿戴好安全装备,在现场教练的保护下,勇敢踏上不断升高的立柱挑战。面对越来越高的高度,他们从一开始的小心翼翼,到后来咬牙坚持,一步步稳稳踏上顶端,朝着镜头比出胜利的手势。

























在旁边的蜂巢网状攀爬区,孩子们手脚并用,穿梭在彩色的六边形网格间,像小探险家一样探索着每一条通道,锻炼着肢体协调性与空间感知力。
灯光跳格子互动区里,孩子们化身 “敏捷小达人”,在色彩斑斓的发光地砖上奔跑跳跃,精准避开亮起的色块,比拼着反应力与速度。


海洋球池旁,他们钻进黄色的隧道钻洞,和同伴们玩起了捉迷藏,在柔软的海洋球里打滚嬉戏,尽情释放童真。









从蹦床上的活力跳跃,到高空挑战的勇气突破,再到互动游戏中的默契协作,萌娃们在 “活力街” 的每一处角落都留下了探索的足迹。





















此次“活力街”运动挑战,正是世外小学国际部活力节“走出校园,探索不同体育项目”核心理念的生动实践。学校打破校园围墙,让孩子们走出课堂、走进多元运动空间,不仅在运动中强健体魄、锤炼胆识,更在探索中感受体育的乐趣与魅力。

Shine at the Well-being Festival on “Vitality Street”
On April 16, as part of the Well-being Festival, Grade 1 students from the Shanghai World Foreign Language Primary School International Division (WFLPSID) headed to “Vitality Street,” a large indoor sports venue, for an exciting day of movement, challenge, and fun. The experience brought together physical activity, confidence-building, and joyful exploration, as students climbed, jumped, ran, and played their way through a variety of engaging activities.
Laughter filled every corner of the venue. In the trampoline zone, students bounced effortlessly on soft mats, their faces lit up with excitement. Some stretched out their arms like little birds in flight, while others played games together, chasing and laughing as they bounced—each jump full of energy and growing confidence.
In the elevated challenge area, students put their courage to the test. Safely harnessed and supported by trained coaches, they stepped onto rising platforms high above the ground. What began with careful, tentative steps quickly turned into determined progress, as students pushed themselves to go higher, eventually reaching the top and celebrating with proud victory poses.
Nearby, in the honeycomb climbing structure, students navigated colourful interconnected spaces using both hands and feet. Like young explorers, they moved through the structure with curiosity and determination, developing coordination and spatial awareness along the way.
In the interactive light zone, students became quick-thinking “agility stars,” jumping and running across glowing tiles, reacting swiftly to changing lights and testing their speed and focus. At the ball pit, they crawled through tunnels, played hide-and-seek, and tumbled joyfully among the soft balls—fully immersed in the simple happiness of play.
From high-energy trampoline jumps to brave moments on the elevated challenge area, and from collaborative games to independent exploration, students left their mark on every part of “Vitality Street.”
This experience reflects the core idea of WFLPSID’s Well-being Festival: learning beyond the classroom through diverse physical experiences. By stepping outside the school environment, students not only strengthen their bodies and build resilience, but also discover the joy, confidence, and lifelong value of staying active.
